However, there’s a typo in the copy.

The word “Brilliant” is spelled “Brillent.”

It may seem like a minor mistake, but people will most likely pick up on it and it will detract from your message.

If you read the comments on this ad, the grammar police were out in full force.  

Hey we all make mistakes, but this is such a simple one to avoid.

You're Burning Dollars With No Community Management

The second problem is that there is no community management for this video.

There are hundreds of comments and many of them are negative.

The effects of advertising should be to attract people to your product, not to turn them away.

Part of knowing how to use social media properly includes managing the online community.

For example, in this video’s comment section, because there was no management, many people are making fun of the typos and sending people to other websites to buy other products.

This is a nightmare if you're the business owner running these ads.

Our culture has come to expect that customer service happens on social media.

By putting ad dollars into getting your offer in front of the masses and not having dedicated community management is a HUGE miss.

Easy To Fix Yet Costly Mistakes

Making sure that your grammar is correct is a big deal because mistakes stand out and make a strong impression.

And be sure you have somebody doing community management on your ads.

This was a great product and video but due to mistakes, it fell short.
